So around lunch time my computer decided to FREAK OUT and require a scan and a shut down and the tickdown clock said it was going to be 38 minutes. So I decided I would go for a walk up to the post office to mail the Pregnant Work out DVD’s I had put up on Amazon and pick up some blue cheese that came highly recommended and some Diet Root Beer. I stepped outside the door and realized what a good idea this walk really was.
I turned the corner and I saw it. The hill. I never remember the very steep, very high, very long hill that one must climb to get to the post office…when in better shape the hill is not a challenge…it pushes me to pump my arms a little and I push myself to go faster. Today was the first day that I considered stopping and resting while on a walk. I’ve never actually stopped and rested on a walk before – slow down, sure, but actually STOP. No, I don’t stop. I didn’t stop. But boy I wanted to. This was a tough walk…I got to the top of the hill and thought about just how lazy I have been. I’ve really let this pregnancy thing soak in really good and deep – so what is the consensus? Do I train for baby? I think I’m going to start walking that hill everyday at a minimum because sweet jebus it’s plain scary that the hill almost beat me down today.
Now if you’ll excuse me I may have purchased some vanilla ice cream to go in my root beer to be served alla float.

as long as you hadn’t purchased the ice cream to go with the bleu cheese…because IEW!!! hahah!!! no training for baby required…it’s just tough when you and the baby are one entity, when the baby is born you will be two entities, you and the baby in a stroller…way easier!!! Now go eat more ice cream!!!
Diet root beer floats? I need to stop typing. I now have the urge to go to the store…
I haven’t been pregnant for nine months and I feel that way going up the stairs.
We baby #2 I did a lot of walking and it was a seriously easy bounce back. Unlike #3, I did no movement almost and it was a little harder.
Great, now I need a soda float. But it cannot be root beer, which I can’t stand for some bizarre reason. I truly am a communist.
