The FH is reading over my shoulder as I type this – wants me to let you all know how great he is. How hard he’s trying to be the best FH is the whole wide world. He’s made progress….considerable progress. The club we belong to has these cookies – they are like angel food cake cookies – with the crunchy top of the cake – they are heaven. Lets call them heaven cookies….last night as the FH walked in from a workout and I was finishing my fire troubleshooting system he gave me a container of Heaven Cookies. That’s A+ behavior. A++
I wrote about his FH reunion and how I didn’t want to go. The FH did go – and had a great (drunken) time of it. Good for him for not calling me every 15 minutes to let me know how it’s going. I had a fantastic night of leftover Turkey day casserole (which if you need one, let me know this was delicious) Northern Exposure episodes and general fantastic lounging.
Tonight I’m making Beef & Barley soup – FROM Scratch….I need to figure out what else we’re having with it still but it’s a good start.
